or why Rex is Rex
Marine
Rex Striker was a Marine with a mission.
He was assigned to a unit led by General Winchester and tasked with the job of providing security to a convoy of important cargo. But, despite his experience and record of success, General Winchester had a hard time remembering Striker’s name. Every time he tried to call him, he would mispronounce it, rhyming ‘Striker’ with words like ‘Stocker’, ‘Tracker’, and ‘Hacker’.
But Rex Striker was determined to prove himself to the General and prove his worth in the unit. He worked hard and never shied away from difficult tasks. He was often the first to volunteer for dangerous missions and was always eager to learn and grow as a Marine.
During his time in the unit, Striker encountered a variety of adversaries, from enemies in the field to bureaucratic roadblocks in headquarters. He also encountered friends, allies, and mentors who helped him develop and hone his skills.
But the most challenging task of all was the mission to protect a convoy of important cargo. The convoy was being targeted by enemies and the General had entrusted Striker and his team with the task of ensuring its safe arrival.
The mission was a success, and Striker was commended by the General. He was given a promotion and a commendation for his efforts. From that moment on, General Winchester never forgot Striker’s name, and always made sure to refer to him by his proper title of “Striker.”
From that moment on, Rex Striker was a changed man. He was driven to succeed, determined to rise through the ranks and make a name for himself in the Marines. He worked hard and gained the respect of his peers and superiors.
Years later, after leaving the Marines, Rex Striker became a detective in the LAPD. He brought with him the same determination and drive that made him successful in the Marines. He was a relentless investigator, willing to take on any case and always willing to go the extra mile to get to the truth.
Striker’s time in the Marines had a profound effect on him. He was more confident and determined than ever before. He was also more experienced and well-versed in the tactics of warfare. He was a Marine through and through, and he never forgot General Winchester’s mispronunciation of his name. Even after all these years, he still remembers being called “Stocker,” “Tracker,” and “Hacker.”
Today, Rex Striker is still a detective with the LAPD. He still takes on the toughest cases and works tirelessly to ensure justice is served. He is a living testament to the drive and determination he developed during his years in the Marines, and a reminder of the importance of never giving up, no matter the odds.
Canada
Canada had a history of participating in amphibious operations such as the Normandy landings and the Allied invasion of Sicily. Even though Canada does not have a marine corps, it has units that can carry out Marines-type operations, such as: an amphibious-operations trained company of the 3rd Battalion of the Royal 22nd Regiment, JTF2 that specializes in combat diving and amphibious reconnaissance, the Naval Tactical Operations Group that specializes in maritime interdiction, and the Naval Security Team that can provide force protection for amphibious forces.
